HIV test for returnees from abroad

The returnees after employment from abroad will have to undergo HIV test at the airport for the betterment of Sri Lankans.

The Ministry of Health is to operate a centre for this purpose at the airport. There are 5,000 AIDS patients in our country and already 100 AIDS patients have died, said the Health and Nutrition Minister, Nimal Siripala De Silva.
